Returning Your Paddles

As a small, family owed business, we definitely want our customers to be  satisfied with their paddle. If your paddle or products are defective, you are welcome to submit a return within 3 months from the date of purchase. Paddles must be received before we start the return process. If for any reason you’re just not happy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on your paddle. Please refer to our return policy below.

Full Refund:

  • Full-price merchandise purchased online can be shipped back within 30 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund. All orders placed between November 1st and December 31st can be shipped back within 60 days from the date of receipt for a full refund.

  • Returns must be initiated via the above return portal. Items returned without first initiating the return process will not be accepted.

  • If your paddle is defective, you have up to 3 months to submit for a full refund. Please fill out our return form and once the product is received, we will start the return process.

  • All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, 100% complete and in original packaging.

  • Exchanges are not supported at this time. Please return your original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.

  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

  • Once an order is shipped, the address may not be able to be changed. Steele Pickleball cannot offer refunds for packages shipped to an address that the customer does not have access to.

Once we have received your item, we will issue a refund within 2 business days. Credit will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase.
